Benefits: Those who are under going training in chartered Accountant will be given minor charges.

LOAN SCHOLORSHIPS

Benefits: Loan scholarships are sanctioned to hostellers. This loan should be repaid after 3 years on completion of the course or one year after getting employment which ever is earlier without interest rate of Loan Scholarship is Rs.6500/- to Rs.7000/- p.a.
Eligibility: Adi-Dravidar / Scheduled Tribe/ AD Christian Boarders of the hostels attached to the educational institutions and pursuing Degree Post Graduate / Professional courses.

BLOOD BANK

Benefits: Book Banks are established for Medical / engineering / Veterinary / Agri. and Poly technique courses. One set of Book will be supplied for every 2 students.

LOAN

Benefits: For the benefit of students studying in Post Graduate Courses in Medical / Engg. Agri / Veterinary /Post Graduate technical courses, studies in law like BL / LLB (3 years) 5 years / LLM, ML (2years) Chartered Accountants Inter-mediate, MBA (2 years) and other equivalent studies. Bio-Sciences. For the above courses books will be provided at the rate of 1 set per student at a cost not exceeding Rs.5000/-

PRIZE MONEY AWARD

Benefits: Grant of one time award to the Graduates and Post Graduates and professional courses ranging from Rs.2000/- to 5000/- 550 students every year

BRIGHT STUDENTS AWARD

Benefits: First two boys and two girls in each district from each community viz. Adi-Dravidar / Scheduled Tribe / Adi-Dravidar Christians who have passed 10 Std. Public Examinations and continue their studies are given a sum of Rs.300/- for the first year and Rs.960/- for the next 5 years.
Eligibility: Should have secured first and second place in the 10 Standard in the district and continue the studies No income limits.

Gandhi Memorial Award

Benefits: Two (one boy and one girl) AD Students in each district who have secured first rank in the 12 std Public examinations and continue their studies. For the First year Rs. 1,500/- and for the subsequent five years Rs. 1000/- P.A.
Eligibility: Student who have secured first rank in 12 std. exam in the District and continue their studies no income limit.

Merit Cum Means Award

Conditions and prize amounts for grant of this award are as per the Gandhi Memorial Award. This award is meant for Scheduled Tribes and Adi – Dravidar Christians.

Chief Minister’s Award.

Benefits: First 1000 boys and first 1000 girls among Adi Dravidar / Scheduled Tribes/ Adi-Dravidar Christians students who have passed 12 standard examination and continue their st udies are give a sum of Rs. 15,000/- for 5 year.
Eligibility: Should find place in the list of first 1000 students who have passed 12 std public Examination and who continue their studies.

INCENTIVE TO AD/ST GIRL CHILDREN

Benefits: To reduce the drop out rate among Adi-Dravidar / ST Girls Cash incentives are given to 60,000 Adi – Dravidar in 14 Districts only and ST Girl Children in all Districts in standards 3 to 5 and 30,000 girls in 6 standard in all Districts. AD/ST Girls in Standards III to V are given Rs. 500/- p.a. and girls in VI std are given Rs. 1000/- p.a

TYPEWRITING AND SHORTHAND

Benefits: Law Graduates will be given training for 4 years under senior lawyers. A sum of Rs. 750/- p.m will be given as stipend to the Trainee and Rs. 2500/-p.a to the Senior Lawyer as Honorarium

HOUSE SITE PATTA

Scheme: House sites are provided at free of cost 3 centre in rural areas,1 1/2 cents in Municipal areas and 1 cent in corporation areas

ENCROACHMENT REGULARIZATION

Scheme: Encroachments will be regularized for issue of pattas, if they are not objectionable.

BURIAL GROUND

Scheme: Provision of Burial grounds and pathways to burial grounds.

ABOLITION OF BONDED LABOUR SYSTEM

Benefits: Persons kept as bonded lab our are released and rehabilitated by providing financial assistance to the as grant, tune of Rs.20,000/- o f this , sum Rs.1,000/-each will be given immediately. Remaining (Rs. 19,000/-) amount will be given through various kinds. Moreover House site pattas, houses under group housing scheme through IRDP drinking water facility and Bank loan assistance also provided to them.
